The Merrifield Mile is an open water swimming event for the whole family
Merrifield Preparatory School and College is proud to be hosting the tenth Merrifield Mile on 18 March 2012 at Wriggleswade Dam near Stutterheim. This exciting event forms part of the Buffalo City Tri-Challenge, which also includes the Daily Dispatch Cycle race and the Surfers Marathon.
The swim takes place in the Wriggleswade Dam mouth near Stutterheim. It is approximately 65 km from East London. It is an idyllic setting - a wonderful place for an outing for the whole family. Bring tents, caravans and a picnic and come and make a weekend of it.
